Refund & cancellation policy

This policy covers deposits, course fees, workshops, CPD sessions, and private tutoring booked with Meadowpath Structural Engineering School Ltd.

## Eligibility Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Meadowpath for teaching services described on this website. Employer purchase orders follow the written agreement issued with the invoice. ## Booking deposits (term courses) Foundations and Design Studio places require a booking deposit. Deposits are non-refundable once paid, because the place is held and materials prepared. The remaining balance is due before the first taught session. ## Full refund window If you cancel a term course in writing more than 21 days before the first session, we refund the balance paid above the deposit. Cancellations inside 21 days forfeit the balance unless we fill your place from the waiting list, in which case we refund the balance minus an administrative fee of £40. ## Workshops and CPD Weekend workshops and half-day CPD fees are payable in full on confirmation. Cancellations more than 14 days before the event receive a full refund. Inside 14 days we offer a transfer to the next equivalent date when available; otherwise the fee is non-refundable. ## Private tutoring Tutoring sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once at no charge. Later cancellations or no-shows are charged in full. Prepaid session packs unused within six months are non-refundable. ## Work already started Once a term has begun, fees for completed weeks are non-refundable. A partial refund for unused future weeks may be considered if you withdraw for documented medical reasons; materials already issued are not refundable. ## Purchased materials Personal textbooks, stationery, or equipment you buy yourself are outside this policy. Telephone: 0127945142. ## Processing time and method Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method where possible. ## Rescheduling by the school If we cancel a session, we offer an alternative date or a refund of the affected fee. If a tutor change is required, we notify enrolled students promptly; a tutor change alone is not grounds for a full-course refund.
